About the Position:
Join our national team of Media Solutions sales representatives as a regional sales representative for the Southeast based in Atlanta, North or South Carolina, or Florida. From account prospecting and qualification to close you will be responsible for meeting sales targets in support of our growing Media Solutions business. You will leverage the power of Quads full portfolio and develop compelling sales strategies to win across our continuum of media content solutions, including data-related media optimization services, creative services and design, photography, video, pre-media production, digital and interactive print solutions. In addition, as an extension of our services, you will be accountable for selling Quads extensive technology toolset for workflow management, content management and production automation. This position will require collaboration across internal departments and team-selling with the print sales teams in order to deliver the comprehensive solutions and quality our customers have come to expect.
Job Requirements
Southeast Media Solutions Sales Representative- At least 5 years of consultative, solutions focused sales experience
 - Proven track record in developing and closing new business as well as the maintenance and expansion of services to an existing customer base
 - Self directed and aggressive
 - Goal oriented with proven ability to meet sales growth targets
 - Strong written and verbal communication skills
 - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, self-directed work environment
 - Ability to quickly understand high-level customer needs and identify the best mix of solutions to address their unique business challenges
 - Ability to engage customers in compelling presentations
 - Appetite for the rapidly changing area of technology based tools and the ability to quickly incorporate new product offerings while developing customer solutions
 - Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new concepts and products
 - Proven experience selling in a team environment across product and service platforms to deliver total customer solutions
 - Experience in multichannel media strategy, creation and execution is preferred
 - Bachelors degree preferred
 - Prior experience / exposure to the print industry is a plus
 - Strong PC and/or Mac skills
 - Ability to travel as required
