The IT Support Staff member should be an experienced PC Technician, have troubleshooting experience and be familiar with the following: Windows 7, Microsoft Excel, VB (Visual Basic), SQL, and Crystal Reports

The IT Support Staff member will focus more on Crystal Reports, work in the companys inventory system, and be responsible for general Tech Support duties. This IT Support Staff member will work with hardware and software vendors for equipment delivery and installation, as well as analyze and make recommendations for hardware and software standardization.A successful IT Support Staff member will have extensive knowledge of operating systems, end-user software and a proven track record for trouble-shooting and resolving most hardware and software problems.
