SUMMARY: Responsible for providing support and expertise on Marine Corps programs in support of Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWAR)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as a technical and functional expert in all elements of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS).
- Develop and update logistics documentation; develop and update product or system life cycle management plans, including Life Cycle Management Plans, Product Support Plans, or Integrated Support Plans.
- Develop concepts, strategies, processes, and procedures, to execute ILS in the acquisition and sustainment phases.
Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Working towards Professional Logistics Certification – i.e., Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) in Lifecycle [Acquisition] Logistics Level 1
or
Have equivalent logistics training (resume to specify all equivalent training)
or
Possess an additional one (1) year working in direct support of defense life-cycle logistics.
- Three (3) years of experience in defense life-cycle (acquisition) logistics support of electronic systems, to include: logistics principles, practices, and processes
- One (1) year of experience in support of C5ISR systems
- Demonstrated skills, to include: Analyzing Engineering/Systems Management Data, and Developing Logistics Plans and Procedures
Note: Experience may be concurrent.
DESIRED:
- Preferred Experience with Communication Emitter Sensing and Attacking System II Platform Integration Kit Research & Development (CESAS II PIK R&D) Support
- Level I DAWIA certification/equivalency in Logistics
