North Charleston Loyalty/Retention Call Center Representative

Call Center Retention Rep

Permanent placement position with a Fortune 100 Client

ManpowerGroup Solutions, Partnered with Comcast, a fortune 500 top 50 company, is seeking Eager, Enthusiastic Professionals for RETENTION/LOYALTY CALL CENTER positions in our Xfinity Home Retention Customer Care Call Center of Excellence in North Charleston, SC.
This is a direct hire Permanent placement position.

Use your customer service and sales skills to help our Comcast service their retention customers in a call center environment. The best candidate approaches sales as a way of helping our Clients customers receive the best value for their money. You must be service-oriented, able to communicate effectively, display a professional and positive demeanor, be able to de-escalate situations and handle minor technical troubleshooting.

Requirements:
* Retention Experience Preferred!
* Ability to assist with technical troubleshooting
* High School diploma or equivalent
* 2 years experience in customer service
* Proven verbal and written communication skills
* Flexible schedule required
* Comfortable with learning and adapting to new computer and web based systems
* Be self-driven to succeed!
