EHD Technologies is seeking a Purchasing Engineer for a direct hire opportunity with one of our clients in the Easley, SC area.
The Purchasing Engineer will:

• Utilize past experience in supply chain development and evaluation, price and delivery negotiations, cost reduction and value analysis
• Be proficient with purchasing information systems

Job Requirements

To be considered for this position with Purchasing Engineer candidate will possess:

• A Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• 7+ years of Purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment
• Prior experience in procuring, castings, stamping, machined components, finishing processes, tooling
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
• Excellent communication skills
