Position:  Document Processor-Outbound

Location:  Chapin, SC

Pay Rate:  $9.50/hr

Schedule:  4:00pm-11:00pm M-F

 

Workway Professional Staffing is in partnership with a leader in the Real Estate industry who provides a broad range of managed services including Property Tax Management, Flood Services, Loan Modification and Foreclosure Audits for mortgage lenders, servicers and investor services. 

Job Summary:

Core responsibilities include processing incoming and outgoing mail, scanner operations, filing, and storage, matching related documents and print & shipping of documents, meeting customer and productivity requirements in an accurate and timely manner.

 

Skills/Experience:

• PC proficiency including keyboard and 99% accuracy in 10-key keypad for numerical entry
• Strong attention to detail including visual comparisons of data elements to validate matches of names and numbers
• Ability to learn and retain requirements for multiple tasks and to effectively move from one task to another
• Ability to effectively operate a document scanner and resolve common issues with paper jams, etc.
• Proven strong organizational skills
• Experience working in a production environment, meeting established production and accuracy goals
• Beginner or higher proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to repetitively lift heavy objects (up to approximately 40 lbs) on a regular basis

Education:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Qualified candidates must be able to:
