We seek a Sr. Affirmative Action Data Analyst in our Columbia, South Carolina office. This person will support attorneys in preparing and/or defending affirmative action programs (AAPs). They will be responsible, with attorney oversight, for preparing statistical analyses and compliance-related reports using Microsoft Excel or related database software. Participation with attorneys in OFCCP compliance evaluations and responding to OFCCP requests for information.

- Organizes and analyzes employment data using Microsoft Excel or related database software
- Organizes and prioritizes work
- Determines and meets deadlines
- Creates and prepares statistical analyses and compliance-related reports
- Assists attorneys in defending AAPs and OFCCP compliance reviews
- Communicates with clients
- Enters billing and expense data into Firm system in a timely manner
Job Requirements
- Analytical – Able to organize data and conduct statistical analyses (e.g., regression, standard deviation, t-test, chi square, etc.) of personnel processes, including compensation, hiring, promotion, termination, and benefits.

Computer Skills / Office Equipment:
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Word. Able to operate multi-line phone, calculator, cell phone, copier, fax, scanner.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and equivalent professional work experience. Five+ years’ HRIS or related experience with intensive knowledge of OFCCP compliance reviews, complaint investigations, data analyses, and damages calculations.
