MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

 

HarborChase of Aiken has an immediate opening for an experience Maintenance Assistant and Driver. Some evenings and weekends may be required.

 

In this position, you will assist the maintenance and housekeeping team ensuring that our residence and grounds remain in good repair while providing a safe and attractive environment for our residents.  You may also be required to transport residents to and from appointments and various outings.

Job Requirements

Job responsibilities may include you to have basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and safety, and be familiar with safety and fire codes and OSHA regulations. 

As a driver, you may assist with the routine preventative maintenance of the company vehicle and ensure the cleanliness for our resident trips.
