Join us and help people live healthier lives while doing your lifes best work.The Supervisor of Clinical Claim Review will beresponsible for the following: Responsible for day to day activities and workflow of team and assignments- Responsible for tracking of productive and non-productive time for individual team members and also at the team level. Identify opportunities to increase utilization within team- Responsible for all performance management (both ongoing coaching & disciplinary action) for all team members. Also responsible for completing monthly scorecards and providing staff real time feedback in addition to completion of annual reviews- Regular participation in meetings and projects both internally within MCR and also with other departments Hold regular team meetings with agenda items and team participation Responsible for escalating appropriate issues to management - Active participation in SOP & Training planning and implementation Coordinates, supervises and is accountable for the daily activities of business support, technical or production team or unitCandidates must live within a commutable distance to a UHG office.
