Restaurant General Manager at GREENVILLE

Job Description

The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for establishing goals and objectives for the restaurant while maximizing guest satisfaction. General Manager has complete responsibility of the restaurant operations, including:

* Driving sales through excellent operations
* Manage profit and loss
* Training and developing all staff members
* Employee coaching and evaluations
* Monitoring quality of food and service
* Ensure restaurant is 100% staffed with quality, friendly and properly trained team members.

Job Requirements

*3- 5 years in an assistant management position preferably fast food restaurant experience
*Good communication skills
* Strong leadership ability
*Customer service oriented
* Problem solving skills
* Financial/analytical aptitude
*Planning, budgeting, scheduling and P&L management
