The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for establishing goals and objectives for the restaurant while maximizing guest satisfaction. General Manager has complete responsibility of the restaurant operations, including:* Driving sales through excellent operations
* Manage profit and loss
* Training and developing all staff members
* Employee coaching and evaluations
* Monitoring quality of food and service
* Ensure restaurant is 100% staffed with quality, friendly and properly trained team members.
Job Requirements
*3- 5 years in an assistant management position preferably fast food restaurant experience*Good communication skills
* Strong leadership ability
*Customer service oriented
* Problem solving skills
* Financial/analytical aptitude
*Planning, budgeting, scheduling and P&L management
