Customer Service Representative at Charleston

Job Description

Job Classification: Contract We are looking for highly motivated individuals for customer service positions we have open here in the Charleston area.- Provide inbound customer service from individual participants in the Program to answer product/service questions and provide explanations to such individual callers with respect to the Program;- Provide phone-based enrollment into the Program for eligible individuals;- Provide manual authentication for participants in the Program;- Handle calls and provide responses to individuals who have questions with respect to alerts delivered under the Program;- Provide a quality customer service, care, and support experience for all participants in the Program. - Must be available to work 2nd shift ( 10am - 7pm ) or Swing shift Join Aerotek Professional Services®.
