We have an immediate need for aHealth Insurance ClaimsProcessor in the beautiful city of Greenville, South Carolina.

Job Summary:

Professional with demonstrated competencies in investigation, analysis and decision making who is able to carry out decisions and resolve disagreements using strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proven customer service skills

This position is responsible for assisting, monitoring departmental activities, to assure claims payment accuracy with all regulatory agencies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Audit for accuracy and adjustment of claims.

Interacts and communicates verbally and in writing with Claims and Network Staff in response to any issue related to claim errors.

Assurance to claims payments accuracy by utilizing all necessary software available.

Report any discrepancies found in the system to the Claims Manager or Director of the department for further handling.

Qualifications:

Extensive knowledge of regulatory requirements affecting claims processing is a minimum requirement.

Strong interpersonal skills are required. The highest level of integrity is required and the ability to make sensitive decisions never jeopardizing the companys reputation or the confidentiality of privileged information.

Strong analytical skills and claims processing knowledge required.

Experience:

Two years or more related experience in processingHealth claims, knowledge of claims Audit and Compliance guidelines and regulations.

Stable career growth and back office knowledgein theinsurance industry.
