Job Title: Registered Nurse LPN or RN

Now Hiring Pediatric RN withwound care experience to work with a child in their Columbia, SC home.

Job Responsibilities:

• Observation and assessment of patient condition and needs.
• Documents all patient care actions.
• Monitors and interprets vital signs.
• Assists with the development of a patient plan of care.
• Collaborates in the identification of patient needs and/or problems.
• Provides education for care of the patient.

Qualifications:

• Current nursing credentials.
• Two plus years pediatric experience.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Evidence of negative TB skin test or chest x-ray.
• Experience in a (neonatal, PICU, critical care) is preferred.
