The Customer Service Rep is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls efficiently, professionally and with a courteous, friendly manner in a call center environment. We are looking for a positive individual with call center experience and excellent communication skills.
Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative you will provide high quality, customer driven service through proactively identifying and addressing customer requests by fielding a large volume of incoming calls.
Additional responsibilities:
- Establishing customer rapport
- Handling general inquiries
- Undertaking data preparation appropriately and administrative tasks as needed
- Interacting daily with a diverse group of people
- Handling multiple tasks, prioritizing workload, planning, and organizing
Job Requirements
The ideal Customer Service Rep will have exceptional listening skills and conflict resolution abilities. We are looking for a proactive individual that thrives in a fast paced environment under pressure.Additional requirements:
- Flexibility for all hours (evenings included) and weekends
- 1-3 years of customer service and CALL CENTER experience
- Outstanding telephone personality
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to effectively prioritize & execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Strong attention to detail & documentation skills
