StaffMasters USA is expanding our team in theColumbia, SCmarket and we are looking for an energetic, outgoing Staffing Specialist. Duties will include interviewing, recruiting, screening and evaluation of candidates; establishing and maintaining excellent client company relationships; working with team members and neighboring offices to successfully meet client and associate expectations; payroll; going to client facilities for sales and customer service purposes; and promoting the excellent reputation that StaffMasters has earned in the southeast.

This position requiresstrong dedication and will mandate extra hours and even weekends from time to time to meet client expectations.

Job Requirements

Staffing or human resources experience a plus. Must be able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure. Excellent history of customer service a plus!
