Appraiser

CresCom Bank seeks a Staff Appraiser to join our growing organization. The Appraiser is responsible for producing internal evaluations of residential and commercial properties that meet certain regulatory and appraisal standards, reviewing 3rd party appraisal reports; and evaluating
condition of various properties, if needed. The candidate will monitor real estate market conditions within the Bank’s
market area and maintain expertise in real estate appraisal activities through networking, reading trade journals,
attending conferences and utilizing other educational resources.

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field, SC appraisers license and two years or more of previous
experience assessing real estate and producing residential and commercial appraisals for financial institutions.
