Sales & Lending Associate: Provide world class customer service through the execution of company values and policies. Candidate will process loans, sales and buys while developing customer relationships. Maintain a beautiful and clean store and promote a professional yet friendly culture with team members. Have fun while helping make a difference in others.

Job Requirements

Must have at least 1 year retail experience
Motivated, professional person with a desire to learn
Able to work independently and with a team
High School graduate
Minimum 18 years old
Must be able to pass background check and drug test
Needs to possess a strong desire for world class customer service
Able to work in a fast paced environment and multi-task
Likes to have fun and enjoy helping people
Able to meet weekly minimum productivity
Prior pawn experience not necessary
