Job Description

Position Overview:
The Regional Director of Revenue Management supports a portfolio of hotels representing Hilton, Marriott and Hyatt select service brand offerings, maximizing top line revenue through the utilization of various brand systems as well as daily interaction with hotel management, Regional Directors of Operations and Sales, the Vice President of Sales, to whom the position reports.
Regional Director Revenue Management Job Duties:

Monitor, evaluate and maximize each propertys use of brand pricing structures & strategies, ensuring compliance with multiple brand requirements. Leverage brand resources, technology & programs to drive market share & RevPAR performance for each hotel.

Assist in designing selling strategies and plans to maximize hotel profit across multiple brands.

Utilize industry analysis tools such as Smith Travel Reports, Hotelligence, and brand/franchise reporting to monitor and then develop creative strategies including all aspects of pricing, demand analysis, market share, market segmentation, and seasonality.

Support Hotel operations and sales staff through identification of local issues and through assistance in producing property revenue plans. May conduct specialized training experiences.

Schedule and lead weekly revenue management conference calls with hotel management and sales teams. Take ownership interest in assuring all relevant information, including items specific to a hotels local area, are reviewed as revenue plans are developed.

Occasional travel is required.

Job Requirements
Job Requirements:- Three or more years experience in multi-unit revenue management with focus in a select service lodging environment. Experience with one or more of OTOs brand partners strongly preferred.
- Experience working with third party websites and merchant models.
- Strong technical and analytical skills to gather, analyze, organize & communicate financial and numerical information.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Bachelors degree preferred.
- Ability to live in the greater Greenville/Spartanburg, SC area is required.
- Occasional overnight travel is required.
