JD Edwards Developer
WORK REMOTE!  Our client, a worldwide manufacturer is looking for a JD Edwards Developer to define, design, develop, test, analyze, and maintain new and current software applications.  This project will take 6-12 months to complete and a large portion of the work can be done remotely. Occasional travel to east coast branch offices will be required.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Work together with business units to deliver solid software solutions
• Define detailed functional and technical specifications
• Provide functional and technical documentation
• Develop code to stabilize and improve JD Edwards environment
• Create interfaces with other information systems
• Identify and document data integration issues
• Propose solutions and develop necessary scripts/code to execute solutions

Job Requirements

JD Edwards Developer

• 5+ years JD Edwards experience, version 8.10 is a plus
• SQL development experience
• Strong understanding of finance, manufacturing and distribution
• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain and warehousing is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance or related field desired
• AS400 platform, RPG, DB2, and Oracle experience
• Strong problem solving experience
