Classification: Account Executive/Staffing Manager

Compensation: $16.41 to $20.27 per hour

Robert Half Technology is currently seeking an IT Site Support / Help Desk Analyst in Greenville, South Carolina. This is a top tier help desk that will be responsible for first line support. This position requires 5+ years of previous hands on IT Site Support and a strong background in a high volume help desk role. The position will be responsible for answering inbound phone calls & email requests as well as providing First Call Resolution. This is a fulltime non-exempt position, with normal work hours 8 hours per day. Different 8-hour shifts are available starting at 7 AM to 9 PM ET; openings for certain shifts vary. Overtime will be common place for the average week as no problem is left unresolved. It is estimated that the work week will average 45 hours per week. Rotating, on-call duty is required. Experience with trouble ticketing systems such as Remedy or Heat is required. Other Responsibilities:Ensure end-users are supported quickly and efficiently for all incidents, problems, and requests Provide excellent judgment for when to escalate and provide work-around(s) quickly to get billing production onlineEnsure end-users have optimal working equipmentMonitor LAN/WAN performance and be able to identify problemsMust be passionate about helping people work more efficiently by utilizing technology with little or no downtimeMust be proactive in ensuring systems are performing and continue to perform at optimal levelsWorks with other IT Department teams in performing tasks Participates in projects that may require travel to other officesIf you are a qualified candidate, send your resume to [Click Here to Email Your Resum]
