Catalyst Construction is small to medium size company that takes pride in employing qualified, skilled professionals HVAC Mechanics and Top Helpers which happens to be a reflection of us partnering with well-respected and loyal contractors. In the short amount of time we have been in business we have managed to partner with some pretty large, successful and BUSY contractors; Contractors that are known to either keep our crews working or constantly request our workers back to their other projects. Because of the loyalty we have with our Customers we are constantly picking up HVAC projects in and around the Greenville, SC and Upstate South Carolina areas.

CURRENT OPENINGS
We are in a position where most, if not all, our HVAC Mechanics are currently on projects which is why we are now accepting application to add to our crew of HVAC workers for our new Industrial projects which happens to be in the city of Greenville. Project is scheduled to go through the Holidays and into the first part of the year. We are currently working 40hr/week.

Please understand that we do not accept applications just to accept applications, we accept applications because the way this industry has been lately, we are picking up various projects with very little notice therefor we need to be prepared with the right number of Trades-people. Not to mention we are quite particular with who we bring on to the Team, not everyone is hired - we look for the BEST of the BEST. If that is YOU then WE NEED TO TALK!

Job Responsibilities of HVAC Mechanic include but are not limited to:
• Installs heating, air conditioning, ventilation, as well as accessories, in accordance with company 
  requirements & manufacture specifications.
• Fabricates, and installs various ducts and duct fittings as required.
• Performs start-ups on air conditioning systems.
• Responsible for delivery and removal of equipment needed to complete the installation work.
• Performs similar/other duties as needed or assigned.

Job Requirements

Requirements are as follow:

• Background check for this particular project will take place. Must have zero FELONIES within the last 10yrs.
• Must pass Drug Test
• Must have all tools of the trade
• Reliable transportation
• Authorized to work in the US
• Current Trade-references
• Mechanic must have a min of 6yrs experience working in the Industrial Field.
• Experience must be current.
