Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements. -Prepares specifications for system changes. May act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition/improvement to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiencies. May provide direction and/or guidance to other BSCs. Defines system requirements on complex projects. Capable of being a requirements lead, responsible for ensuring other team members have completed their assignments. Can be counted on to meet and strive to exceed goals successfully. Will stay aware of all system changes affecting the lines of businesses. Participates in the resolution of complex issues in a timely fashion.
