Job Classification: Contract Aerotek is looking for 25-30 individuals to work a Help Desk/ Customer Service contract for a client in our Spartanburg, SC area. This is a temporary contract that will last 2-4 months. At least one year of customer service or help desk experience required.These individuals will serve as a support system for the clients internal employees in their 500+ tax offices across the country. Candidates need to be very solid in customer service and willing to learn the policies and procedures for tax season.The hours for the position will vary. During training, hours will be a standard 8:00am-5:00pm. Once tax season goes live, the call center will be open from 8 am-9 pm. Employees will work 9 hour days, starting anytime between 8 am-12 noon. Once a shift is assigned, employees will stay on that shift the duration of the project.
