Digital Marketing & Member Services Coordinator at Columbia

Job Description

The S.C. Association of CPAs is looking for a Digital Marketing & Member Services Coordinator. The successful candidate will be a team-oriented professional with excellent communication and online marketing skills. You will work closely with the Director of Marketing & Member Services and our continuing professional education team to educate, inform and support our 4,000 members.

This is a great opportunity if you are passionate about using your skills to:

Generate awareness and member interaction through the organization’s website, digital marketing and social media.

Write, edit and format content to ensure marketing channels are relevant and up to date.

Align digital marketing execution with campaigns, events, classes and membership recruitment.

Report analytics.

Serve as the staff photographer and videographer. 

Assist members with updates and log in issues.

Provide support to our Young CPA Leadership Cabinet and university educators and students.

Job Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or a related field
• 3+ years experience in communications/marketing and a demonstrated passion for digital communications
• In-depth understanding of digital and web communications, web architecture and navigation, digital design and content strategies
• Experience with website content management system, email distribution software and video editing software.
• Photography and video experience
• Superior writing and editing skills
• Strong time and project management
• Ability to flourish in a multi-tasking environment
