Client Specialist II at Charleston

Job Description

This Client Specialist opportunity is in our Charleston, SC market and will provide direct support to our lines of business: Corporate, Commercial, CRE, and Private Client.

Supports the clients and sales staff performing complex daily operational functions for all credit and treasury products. Serves as the primary contact and central information source for customers after the initial sale and plays a key role in maintaining a positive relationship; ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintains a working knowledge of products and delivery systems to ensure appropriate handling of transactions. Resolves operational issues and recommends alternative solutions to customers. Assumes ownership of job responsibilities.

Additional responsibilities as directed by Leadership.

Job Requirements

4-6 years related experience is required for consideration; 6-8 years experience is preferred.

High School level education (or equivalent) is required for consideration.

Prior banking experience preferred; excellent verbal and written communication skills, professionalism; ability to multi-task; proficient computer software usage; excellent customer service skills; team player.

8AM-5PM
