Job Description



Accountable for managing the mid-size, complex situations that require a high level of technical expertise and knowledge. Assigns tasks to the Specialized Fiduciary Administrators, monitors progress and approves completed work. Will be responsible for coaching, developing, and mentoring more junior level officers and administrators within the team. Responsible for coordinating information and activities with external business partners (Attorneys, CPAs, and Fiduciary Accountants, third party vendors, etc. ), and with internal support partners (FA?s, Sales, Tax, Compliance, SAM, ART, Operations, Technology Groups and Trust Administration, etc.) to ensure accurate, timely and efficient administration, and to manage business risk. May act as a technical resource within the larger group and / or with field based officers. BS/BA is required. Non-licensed associate.

Seeking someone with experience on PACE and/or TrustWeb. Also skills on CMT or Client Workstation are desired.

Good customer skills are important.

Job Requirements



Required Skills: "Must" have these skills to be minimally qualified

2+ yrs experience in reading and interpreting trust/estate documents.

-Working knowledge of the interpretation and practical application of document provision, trust and estate law, taxes, investments, and the legal framework of trust administration.

-Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in trust administration field.

-Experience working with Excel, Word and Outlook.

-Good communication and teamwork skills.

-Ability to work independently in a multi-task environment.

-Ability to take ownership for solving problems and to make sound decisions within area of responsibility.

-Ability to work with urgency in responding to client requests, to develop personal rapport with clients, and to treat clients in a courteous and respectful manner.

-Excel in organization and time management skills.

-Detail oriented.

-Life insurance experience

Desired Skills :

Experience working with PACE or another trust accounting system.
