.Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search for an experienced Lead Electrical Engineer located in Tucker, GA . This position is a Direct Hire opportunity. If you meet the qualifications listed below please Apply Now!The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, and documentation of track geometry and rail profile mechanical systems.Requirements:

BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university is required.

A minimum of 2-3 years experience in structural design is required

Mechanical Product Design a must

Machine Design experience is a must

A working knowledge of stress and fatigue, and shock and vibration analysis is required

A working knowledge of common metal fabrication and machine shop practice is required

Expereince with CAD solid modeling and documentation is required

Must be pragmatic, hands on

Must be a team player

Excellent communication skills

Desired Skills:

Experience with bolted and welded assemblies is preferred

A working knowledge of AutoDesk Inventor is preferred.

Experience with railway track and railway vehicles is a plus

Experience with optical systems is a plus

Basic Structure Calculations experience a plus
