Job Requirements
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:Business Analyst
Required Skills:
- Bring your business analyst experience
- Bring your familiarity with conducting stakeholder interviews as well as gathering and documenting requirements
- Bring your awareness of industry standard documentation practices, such as: UML, and BPMN, etc.
- Bring your expertise and understanding of the end-to-end requirements life cycle
Preferred skills:
- Your experience in finance or banking (Consumer, commercial, and/or mortgage lending experience highly preferred)
- Your experience in at least one of the following areas: Lending/credit, Loan origination, Credit analysis, or Correspondent/SMM lending
- Your familiarity with Microsoft Visio, SharePoint, SQL Server Management Studio, and SSRS a plus
Education/Certification/Experience:
- 5+ years of strong Business Analysis experience, preferably in Banking or Finance is required
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or Computer Science is preferred
- BA/BPM certificate or CBAP certification a plus
