Paralegal Job Duties:

The Paralegal must have knowledge of and be able to perform tasks in the following areas:

* Insurance defense
*  Client relations
*  Deposition summaries
* 
 

Job Requirements

* Previous expereince as a  litigation 
* Paralegal certificate preferred
* Four year degree preferred
* Exceptional organizational skills
* Highly motivated
* Exceptional oral and written communication skills
* Excellent computer skills including MS Outlook, Word and Excel
* Experience with SoftPro  including ProTrust accounting
