Classification: General Office ClerkCompensation: $10.00 to $11.00 per hour
Officeteam has a current need for a Customer Service Representative. In this role you will answer phones and direct calls to appropriate personnel, communicate general product information via phone, fax and mail, compose necessary correspondence, take orders by phone and process per company operating procedures, enter orders into order entry system, enter changes to existing orders, and establish new customer accounts. You also may be required to pick up mail form mailbox; open and distribute mail.
Job Requirements
High School Diploma or General Education Degree/ business course work or equivalent in related discipline.
