Finance Manager / Accounting at Spartanburg

Job Description

Dantherm Inc. is looking for an energetic individual to fulfill its Finance Manager position.  Reporting to the General Manager, the Finance Manager is responsible for managing the accounting department with the following primary responsibilities;

 

• Keeping of accurate accounts in accordance with legislation and corporate policy
• Preparation of internal reporting to the General Manager
• Monthly reporting to the owner company
• Overall responsibility for financial forecasts and budgets
• Cash management and contact to banks
• Optimization of procedures, internal controls, and working capital
• Reporting to public authorities including tax and VAT
• Cost Controlling and Controlling of gross margin on products
• Inventory controlling including physical inventory, forecasting of inventory levels, review of purchase orders and payment terms

 

 

Dantherm Inc. (www.dantherm.com/us) is a manufacturer and distributor of air conditioners and air to air heat exchangers for electronic enclosures, focusing on the Telecom Industry.  Our US facility, located in Spartanburg, SC is a part of a global company with locations throughout Europe and Asia. 

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related discipline
• 5 year’s manufacturing accounting experience
• Proficient in basic computer skills, including MS Office
• Proficient in ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics A/X a plus
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
• Ability to effectively organize and structure activities on daily basis, prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work to a deadline.
