Classification: Purchase and Sales Clerk

Compensation: $14.00 to $16.00 per hour

A local client is seeking an opportunity as a Material Planner. Job responsibilities include: Plan and analyze inventory levels of finished good items from various plants and vendors. Ensure timely, complete and realistic orders are given to the plants/vendors. Follow the progress of these orders, expediting and changing as needed. Coordinate inventory for new product introductions and phase outs to provide a smooth transition and to minimize obsolescence. Perform duties as a project leader or member of a project team to ensure Materials interests are represented.

Job Requirements

3- 5 years experience in planning & logistics/supply chainProven track record of revenue responsibility
