The Regulatory Reform Assessment Process Facilitator/Manager applies banking organization, regulatory, and project management knowledge and skills obtained through education and experience to partner with business lines. Requires facilitation of discussion and analysis of regulatory impacts on TDs business, operations, technology and overall strategy.

Facilitates the assessment of regulatory rule impacts on business, operations, technology, etc and enables the complete documentation of the assessment as the primary party dedicated to supporting business stakeholders
Reports progress and issues to Impact Assessment Process Manager
Interfaces with impact assessment stakeholders, including senior members of the organization
Thinks strategically and can effectively translate the effects of regulatory response on business strategy, operations, and potential project requirements
Works with business to identify business needs and determine the recommended response
Applies banking industry expertise with respect to products, channels, and endtoend processes
Engages proactively with the financial services regulatory environment with particular attention to DoddFrank rules and industry impacts
Participate in knowledge transfer with senior management, the team, other technical areas and business units
Provide regulatory and business expertise as needed to improve the thoroughness and quality of the impact assessment

University degree in business, related discipline
57 years banking industry experience
Strong skills with MS Office products, particularly Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint
Skilled in research, analysis, and problem solving
Ability to build consensus over complex and interdependent issues among a wide range of senior level stakeholders across the organization
Ability to draw synergies and leverage opportunities throughout the organization, including leading and motivating others towards strategic goals
Ability to prepare and present findings and recommendations in a methodical manner
Skilled in time management and driving tasks to completion
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to consult on large and complex projects
Ability to facilitate meetings with strong presentation skills
Ability to apply writing skills to draft appropriate assessment language
Knowledge of the DoddFrank Act or regulatory compliance
Experience with other TD lines of business (e.g. Wealth, Insurance, Capital Markets, etc.) would be an asset
High personal standards for excellence
