TM Floyd & Company is hiring a Compliance Analyst to support software applications such as Archer, Compliance Sheriff, or Primasoft in a Wintel environment that is primarily Windows and zLinux. Responsibilities will include deploying, administering, troubleshooting, and supporting these applications. The Compliance Analyst will also be responsible for the following day-to-day activities:
- Maintaining user accounts and configurations of the applications to support audit, compliance, and switchboard organizations
- Providing enhancement recommendations based on long-term IT organization strategy
- Analyzing new/revised processes and change requests
- Collaborating with various internal groups and external vendors to ensure specifications are met and problems are resolved
- Participating in the development of custom integration solutions
- Reviewing and researching issues reported from internal and external customers
- Evaluating interrelationships in projects to determine how changes and installations of one program will affect others
- Participating in work sessions and walkthroughs for quality and production implementations, releases, data conversion projects, and/or disaster recovery exercises
- Attending implementation meetings to determine impact to system availability and assignment of team resources for these implementations
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in computer science or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 7 years of technical experience with systems analysis, design, and/or programming
- Experience with managing and supporting software applications in an enterprise environment
- Experience with Linux and/or Windows OS
- Experience with Archer, Compliance Sheriff, or Primasoft highly desired
- Familiarity with project managements concepts
