We are South Carolina Federal Credit Union 
We are currently seeking Full-time Branch Services Representative to join our team of outstanding professionals in the Columbia area. 

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Interviewing members for financial information and establish new accounts that best meet the members’ needs
- Processing pre-approved loans according to standard procedures
- Handling member issues relating to financial services for complete resolution

Job Requirements

The successful Branch Service Representative candidate will possess a minimum of one year similar or related experience selling products and/or services with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals, as well as a highly positive, service-oriented attitude, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to anticipate member needs and initiate assistance beyond duties assigned. A minimum of a high-school diploma or equivalent is required.
