User Acceptance Analyst at Spartanburg

Job Description

JOB SUMMARY The primary purpose of this position will be to work with all business groups to determine user acceptance requirements for all software releases that are related to enterprise projects. Once this information is gathered, the position will be responsible for developing use cases to meet the UA needs of all business groups, execute those use cases and provide the results to the appropriate user(s) for certification. The position will provide acceptance for Product and Operations as appropriate for all project user acceptance.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES User Acceptance
  • Facilitate meetings with all domain owners of each project to determine UA needs.
  • Develop use cases which meet the needs of all UA requirements of the domain owners.
  • Coordinate with Quality Assurance to ensure testing environment will meet the needs of user acceptance.
  • Execute use cases and provide output to appropriate domain owner for review and approval.
  • Review UA output for Product Management and Operations to determine if all requirements have been met for these groups.
Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS Equivalent Education Level Required: High School Diploma. BA/BS in business, management, IT, finance, engineering, or related field or technical school equivalent is a plus but not required.

Experience Required: Must have experience in some form of software testing, as well as operational experience with the company.

Knowledge Required: Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are required; candidate must also know how to use MS Office programs; experience with MS Project and MS Visio also preferred.
