The successful candidate will perform the following:

- Develop cost estimates/proposals with input from engineering team
- Define project scope, schedule and budget
- Monitor project performance metrics
- Provide project reporting of cost, schedule, earned value, etc.
- Establish and implement process for project change control
- Solicit, evaluate and disseminate customer feedback on project performance
- Interface with VCS/SHAW project management and commercial personnel including procurement
- Close interface with VCS Design Engineering Manager on technical and project issues, act as substitute when necessary
- Interface directly with vendors/suppliers for engineering deliverables including schedules, FAT, etc.
- Lead and implement HuP processes and toolsThe successful candidate will have the following:

- Bachelors degree in engineering
- 10+ years of experience in modification engineering and nuclear plant experience
