The Branch Manager is responsible for generating new business through outside sales activities including cold calls, prospecting, telemarketing, territory planning and client relationship building in the Charleston, South Carolina market. This role is also responsible for the Branchs bottom line performance.Requirements include:

2-5 years demonstrated experience at the account development and management level in the staffing industry or related services industry.

Demonstrated skills in prospecting and generating new business is required.

Proven track record in the ability to hire, train, motivates and mentor staff.

Ability to show a track record of progressively increased sales utilizing in-person and telemarketing techniques.

Strong sales presentation and consultative selling skills both in-person and on the phone.

Effective rapport building and relationship management skills and the ability to sell effectively in a business-to-business environment.

Ability to take initiative and manage time efficiently.
