Job Description

CALIBRE is looking for a Logistics Analyst (Transportation Subject Matter Expert) to join our dynamic team! The Transportation Subject Matter Expert will be responsible for evaluating data from the various Army and Joint Transportation systems to support the requirements definition and documentation for dashboard and analytic processing in an Oracle Business Intelligence, OBIEE, environment. The ideal candidate will be a Subject Matter Expert in the area of transportation in support of the ARCENT Theater Common Operating Picture (A-TCOP) tool. This candidate must be able to work with very little supervision in a highly charged and fast paced environment and must be a highly motivated, responsible self-starter with solid analytical skills. Individual must enjoy working in a team environment.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate:

• Must be a U.S. citizen and must hold or be eligible for a security clearance.
• Must have experience in Army Transportation Systems, i.e., TC AIMS II, CMOS, iSDDC, GATES & GTN.
• Must possess keen analytical abilities.
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and Project.
• Willprovide functional guidance to the team during requirements analysis and solution engineering related to the development and support of business intelligence tools.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills in a team-based development environment.
• Must understand the six core competencies of the Transportation branch: strategic deployment, movement control, terminal operations, water transport, highway transport and rail transport.
• Must possess an expert knowledge of transportation and multifunctional logistics support automated systems. Including Automated Air Loading Planning System (AALPS). Automated Movement Flow Tracking System (AMFT). Cargo Movement Operation System (CMOS). Computerized Movements Planning and Status System (COMPASS). Enhanced Logistics Intra-theater Support Tool (ELIST). Global Transportation Network (GTN). Global Command and Control System-Army (GCCSA). Integrated Booking System (IBS). Integrated Computerized Deployment System (ICODES). Battle Command Sustainment Support System (BCS3). Joint Flow and Analysis System for Transportation (JFAST). Joint Force Requirements Generator II (JFRG II). Joint Operation Planning and Execution System (JOPES). Mobilization Movement Control System (MOBCON). Transportation Coordinators Automated Information for Movement System II (TCAIMS II), Worldwide Port System (WPS). Movement Tracking System (MTS). Single Mobility System, Global Air Transportation Execution System (GATES).

Desirables

• Experience at the Corps or ACOM Mobility Officer level desired.
• Surface Deployment Distribution System (SDDC) experience desired.
• Knowledge of transportation metrics and efficiencies analysis desired.

Required Experience

Bachelors degree and a minimum of 8-10 years experience. (Other education, commensurate experience and demonstrated ability of individual may be substituted.)
