GAMBLE HOME SERVICES inspects, provides maintenance, property management services for absentee homeowners on Kiawah and Seabrook Islands. Has immediate opening for Home Service Manager. Person must be self-motivated, and a self-achieving sales person. Will be involved in the selling of repairs, maintenance items and upgrades to absentee homeowners on Kiawah and Seabrook Islands. Responsible for inspecting properties, reporting maintenance needs to owners, securing leads, scheduling work, providing quality control. Position requires field and office work. Successful candidate will have clean, reliable transportation, be willing and able to climb ladder into an attic, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be proficient with various office computer applications, be willing to carry a cell phone to answer night and weekend emergency calls one week every other month. Minimum of two years of college required. Excellent pay, benefits, commission, sales bonus. Normal work hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Must have current driver’s license and auto insurance. Drug screen and criminal background check required.
