Job Purpose:
The ForceOne Vehicle Rework Technician is responsible for the Total Vehicle Rework on models produced at Premier Original Equipment Manufacturer’s location in Greer, SC. The position may be referred to as TVR Technician or TVR Mechanic. Customer OEM Department Assignment: TS-44. Position requires that support will be provided during operating hours as determined by Customer and associate must be able and available to work different shift modules (A or B, 8-10 Hour Shifts, 5 Days per week). Weekend overtime may be required as necessary and must be approved by Customer and ForceOne Solutions, Inc. All final inspections or verification of associate work will be done by a Customer inspector. All work will be organized and managed by Customer’s associate via on-site manager. All tools utilized by associate must be approved by Customer.

( ) Submits accurate process sheets within required time in order to ensure Customer accurate and responsive Customer Reporting.
General Responsibilities and Duties:
( ) Strictly follow all rework process sequence by means of procedural and work instructions at every stage.
( ) Work pro-actively toward a process of continuous improvement.
( ) Part changes (i.e. side glass, seals, center consoles, door panels, etc…).
( ) Part installation, for missing parts (the same as listed above).
( ) Move vehicles from time to time.
( ) Accurately and timely document work on Customer Developed process sheets for each activity specifying method, tools needed and specifications (i.e., torque, gap, flushness, etc…).
( ) Follow the Customer and Site Manager’s instruction and guidance.
( ) Establish positive working relationships with clients and competitors at Customer location within the plant as well as the supplier’s remote to the plant.
( ) Report any abnormalities immediately to the ForceOne Business Unit Manager and Customer/Site Manager.
( ) Any other duties as required.
RequirementsEducation and/or Experience Requirements:
[ ] HS Diploma or GED Equivalent
[ ] ASE Certified or possess Automotive Equivalent Experience
[ ] Demonstrate the ability to follow written instructions
[ ] Basic Automotive Rework/Repair Tools – Metric
[ ] Demonstrated attention to detail
[ ] Customer Service Minded / Team Player
[ ] Valid, Non-Expired Driver’s License recognized by the State of South Carolina
[ ] Pre-Placement Evaluations
