Job Fair
TTC’s Division of Academic Affairs will host an Adjunct
Faculty Job Fair on Tuesday, July 23, 5-7:30 p.m. on
TTC Main Campus, Bldg. 920 (The College Center).
Bring your knowledge and experience to the
classroom and teach at TTC! Opportunities
to teach at the Berkeley, Palmer, Main and Mount
Pleasant campuses and other TTC sites; day, evening,
and distance learning classes available. Bring resume
and graduate transcripts (unofficial transcripts are
acceptable). Apply at www.jobs.sc.gov
Minimum requirements vary across disciplines.
Master’s Degree: A master’s degree with at least
18 graduate hours in the discipline is required for
drawing, accounting, business, economics, information
technology, marketing, anthropology, art appreciation,
art history, Chinese, English, French, geography,
German, history, music appreciation, philosophy,
political science, psychology, religion, sociology,
Spanish, speech, theater, criminal justice, paralegal,
astronomy, biology, chemistry, environmental science,
mathematics, physics, engineering and nursing.
Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in related
disciplines above is suitable to teach college skills.
Industrial License Requirement: An industrial
license is required for cosmetology, esthetics, nail
technology and aeronautical studies. Bachelor’s
Degree: A degree in the discipline being taught is
suitable to teach beginning algebra and intermediate
algebra courses; introduction to composition courses;
science laboratory courses; and engineering technology.
Developmental Studies: A degree in the discipline
being taught and experience teaching adult learners
is suitable to teach reading, English and math in
The Learning Center. Bachelor’s or Associate
Degree: A bachelor’s degree or an associate degree
with extensive work/industry experience is required in
film and visual arts, industrial technology, welding and
machine tool technology. Continuing Education:
A combination of a bachelor’s degree with appropriate
work experience and credentials is suitable to teach
business, project management, health care, AutoCad and
welding.
