Industry leader, Related Management, has a great career opportunity for a motivated and experienced Property Manager for our 106 unit Section 8 family site located on Howard Street in Spartanburg, SC. The Property Manager is responsible for overall day-to-day operations of one or several properties including the supervision of office and maintenance functions in compliance with all company policies and procedures and all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity, Fair Housing and Human Rights statutes.The Property Manager is responsible for the following:Supervises accounts payable/receivables.Supervises all marketing, leasing and administrative functions.Hires, trains and evaluates office/maintenance staff.Supervises specific site program administration.Tenant/landlord relations.Supervises day-to-day maintenance operations.Financial analysis and reporting.Special projects as assigned.Qualifications:Must have previous apartment management experience.This is a one person office for 106 units, and the person must be able to work alone.Must be able to have a vehicle, because going to take care of property business; bank and home visits is required. Must have Excel experience.Financial experience with budgets/budget variances is necessary.Oversee 2 employees, so supervisory experience is a plus. The manager must walk the site regularly.Onesite software is a plus for the management software. The property is a moderate rehab, so this person must have good communication skills.
