Job Description
DISHs Equipment Remanufacturing team ensures the high quality condition of millions of satellite receivers and remote controls. State-of-the-art facilities in El Paso, TX, Spartanburg, SC, and Englewood, CO, use advanced diagnostic tools and automated equipment to test, refurbish and redistribute hardware to customers.- Supervise the weekend (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) activities of warehouse associates in the fulfillment of customer orders and/or general warehouse operations; Verify proper rotation of product based on code dating, monitor product segregation and slotting of warehoused products.
- Conduct a variety of Safety, Quality, Shrink and Operational audits and encourage a sense of responsibility and ownership in the results of these audits in the attitudes of all Associates; Instruct and provide oversight to Warehouse Associates in the proper execution of all established quality, safety and sanitation practices of warehouse operations.
- Reviews productivity of employees on a daily basis for accuracy and compliance with established procedures, and determines workload for team members; Collaborate with Warehouse Management in the development of employee performance development plans; Utilize progressive coaching and counseling concepts according to established policies and procedures to provide continuous feedback on performance, increase employee retention and improve employee relations.
- Determine work procedures, prepare work schedules, and expedite workflow; Studies and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency of associates; Traces history of unresolved issues to determine reasons for errors or needed corrections and recommends remedial actions to resolve discrepancies.
- Other responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Four year degree from an accredited college, university or technical school; or equivalent experience and/or training.
SKILLS:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating/maintenance/procedure instructions. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Friday, Saturday and Sunday
5:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
