The Schaeffler Group is seeking a Tool Preparer B forour growingFort Mill - Plant 3facility. This position requires you to prepare, breakdown, repair and troubleshoot production tooling.

Job Requirements

Qualified candidates will have:

• Two year technical tool & die apprenticeship program (journeyman certificate) and/ or an Associates Degree in Machine Tool Technology or similar program
• Experience with progressive, transfer, compound, and fine blanking tooling is required as well as experience working in a metal stamping environment
• Qualified candidates must have the ability to read blueprints and have an understanding and the ability to work with both metric and standard measurement systems
• Experience with a variety of machine tools, including lathes mills, and grinders, preferred

2nd shift (3:30 pm to 11:00 pm) 12% shift premium.
