Call Center Associate

Recruiting Solutions is currently seeking experienced call center associates for a busy insurance firm located in downtown Columbia. These associates will primarily be working during hurricane season to assist with hurricane or other disaster related claims. Qualified individuals are needed to respond accurately, promptly, and courteously to inquiries or complaints from internal and external customers regarding the companys products or services.

Job Requirements

-Ability to calmly and effectively handle a high volume of calls on a daily basis

-Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

-Proficient in data entry and Microsoft Office applications

-Ability to learn and use the companys computer system and software

-Knowledge of customer service principles

-Overtime may be required
