Job Description

As one of the nations fastest growing Christian foster care ministries, The Bair Foundation is seeking candidates for a part time In Home Services Lead Clinical Staff in Charleston, SC.

Core Responsibilities:
Visits and calls clients to assure the quality and appropriateness of services provided to each client.
Completes the Clinical Assessment for each client.
Submits documentation of calls and visits weekly to the Supervisor.
Provides individual and/or family counseling sessions to promote each clients mental health recovery.
Develops a Service Plan to meet program requirements and to establish the services to be provided for each client.
Provides documentation of weekly progress of each client to the Supervisor.
Coordinates services to assure effective communications with the treatment team.
Masters degree in social work or a related field required. LBSW, LMSW, LPC, or LISW required. Three years experience working with at risk youth required.
