Production Manager
Responsibilities include bur are not limited to:
Supervise and coordinate the work of personnel as necessary to maintain the manufacturing process and ensure products meet the quality and delivery expectation of the customer.
Review all production shipping and receiving schedules on ;a daily basis and develop schedules.
Develop and monitor metrics for production.
maintain all training records and matrix on each employee.
Comply with all safety recommendations and requirements.
Promote and follow 5 S and lean principles.
Will manage department supervisors, processes and maintenance technicians on shift (up to 25 employees per shift).
Provide support and direction for good manufacturing, housekeeping and safety standards.

Job Requirements

Requirements include bur are not limited to:
Three (3) years supervision in manufacturing required.
Strong communication, written and verbal skills.
Must have high level of quality and attention to detail experience.
Good human relation skills and ability to be a team player.
Good organizational, initiative and ability to deal with issues on and off shift and present to management.
Strong computer skills with Microsoft Offices and prefer SAP experience.
