Riverside Health and Rehab, a 160 bed long term care home in Charleston, SC is searching for a Certified Dietary Manager to lead our dining services team!

Job Requirements

Qualifications

Must be a Certified Dietary Manager, long term care experience preferred

Must maintain current licensure as required by law

Minimum of two+ years experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility or other related medical facility

Training in cost control, food management, diet therapy, etc.

Any combination of experience and training which provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities.
