Compensation: DOE

Temporary Staff Accountant needed for a government agency in Columbia, SC. The Staff Accountant will be responsible for journal entry preparation, bank account reconciliation, fixed asset and sub-ledger maintenance, and assisting with month-end close. Ideal candidates for this temporary assignment will be self-motivated and able to work independently. A Bachelors degree in accounting or finance and 2+ years experience is required. Microsoft Excel experience and attention to detail is also necessary.

Job Requirements

Experience with Month End Close, Journal Entries, Fixed Assets, Bank Account Reconciliation, and Microsoft Excel is required.
